Toonmoir is not open yet. This page explains what happens to your email address if you register to hear when it is.
Toonmoir Pty Ltd (ABN 33 698 995 603), an Australian company. In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean Toonmoir Pty Ltd.
Your email address. You can also give us your name if you want to, but you do not have to — the form works without it. We do not collect anything else through this form.
We also automatically detect the country your connection appears to be coming from. We do not store your specific IP address — only the country. This isn't something you enter; it happens automatically when you visit this page.
To tell you when Toonmoir is available to try, and to send you the small number of messages that go with that — for example, if the launch date moves, or if we need to correct something we have told you.
That is the only reason we collect it. We are not building a marketing list.
As Toonmoir opens up, we plan to invite roughly the first 25–30 registrants into Alpha testing. There is no guaranteed order and no set date, and being on this list does not guarantee you an invitation. Everyone else will be notified when Toonmoir is more broadly available.
Registering here does not require proof of age. Toonmoir is 18+ only, so if you are invited into Alpha testing, age verification happens at that point — separately from this registration.
Toonmoir is launching in Australia first. We use your detected country to show you accurate information about where Toonmoir is currently available, and to keep a compliance and audit record as we expand to more countries. If you're outside Australia, you can still register — we'll let you know as we expand to your region.
You can also choose to hear from us occasionally while we build Toonmoir — what we are working on, what has changed. This is optional. The box is not ticked for you; if you want these updates, you tick it yourself.
These updates are about Toonmoir's own development only. We will not send you offers from other businesses, and we will not send you general advertising. You can stop these updates at any time without affecting your registration for the launch notice.
We store registrations in Supabase, our database provider. Supabase may store and process information in Australia and in other countries. When information is handled outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We will not sell your email address. We will not rent, trade or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We will not use it for advertising or advertising profiling. We will not add you to any other list.
We may disclose your information where we are required to by law, or to our service providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions.
Every email we send you will have an unsubscribe link that works.

We will action deletion requests promptly and confirm when it is done.
We keep your email address until the earlier of: you ask us to delete it, or the pre-launch registration list is no longer needed — which will be a reasonable period after Toonmoir opens and registrants have been notified. After that we delete it.
If you go on to create a Toonmoir account, the information in that account is handled under our Privacy Policy, not this notice.
Toonmoir's full Privacy Policy will be published before the platform opens for use. Until then, this notice governs the information you give us through this form.
